Tables are trestles, 1.8 metres by 0.60 metre.

Vertical display boards will also be available.

Site security will be provided out of hours, and no access to the site will be permitted by anyone other than event organisers and exhibitors outside of the opening hours.

All exhibitors and vendors will be responsible for their own displays/ stores.

No venue-provided EFTPoS facility will be available, vendors are permitted to use their own mobile EFTPoS, and the site is immediately adjacent to the Wrest Point Hotel/Casino, which contains a number of bank ATMs.

Passouts will be allowed for all customers. Each passout covers 1 day only, however if a customer returns only to complete a purchase transaction the vendor will be notified so trade can be arranged.

Organisers and their staff will be present to watch over stalls and run minor errands, this will be subject to availability on the day.

Casino security will be in attendance at all times.

The event is covered by public liability insurance.
